DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FBA

Regular GST – GST number must be registered under regular GST scheme where you file return monthly. This is the most commonly used scheme by businesses.

NOC – No objection certificate in provided by Amazon for adding APOB(another place of your business) in your GST certificate. It can be downloaded from Amazon user’s page.

BSA – Business Solutions agreement is an agreement between you or your business and Amazon for continuing business with each other. It is a mandatory document which contains all legal terms and conditions between two parties.

APOB – APOB means another place of business. As you know that by opting for FBA your products will be stored and delivered from Amazon’s storage center and to make it legal we need a documented proof that Amazon’s storage center is your another place of business and Amazon does not have any objection on it. You need to register amazon fulfillment center as your another place of business in GST. Amazon made it easy for sellers by providing additional support from it’s network CA’s with a small charges.
